Purified of their more spiritual aspects, the asanas flow gracefully in a continuous sequence - held only for a few moments and guided entirely by the rhythm of the breath. Led only by the strength of movement and the depth of breath, the mind finds freedom - becoming fully attuned to the sensations flowing through body and spirit.
